The Role

The Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure will take on a range of responsibilities including:

• Managing cost plans, budgets and valuations across project lifecycles
• Preparing bills of quantities, tender documents and cost estimates
• Conducting value engineering and cost control throughout projects
• Managing interim valuations, variations and final accounts
• Advising clients on procurement strategies and contractual matters

The Candidate

The successful Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure will bring:

• A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and cost planning
• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
